Become a Host and earn recurring revenue from your unused Space. List your space today.
You can list your Spaces at your standard rates, and DropDesk Spaces will deduct a fee of Thirty (30%) percent of the listed Package price for on-demand Packages and Spaces (hourly, daily, one-time, recurring and month-to-month) listed on our marketplace and Fifteen (15%) percent of the listed Package price for fixed longer terms net of all payment processing fees to collect payment and provide monthly payouts. DropDesk Spaces lists your space, hosts your inventory, manages reservations, and mediates disputes at no additional charge other than the fees we incur from third parties including Stripe.
Optionally, promote discounted offerings or open space to DropDesk Pass members, teams, and premium clients. DropDesk Pass's Hourly Paid Credits are calculated based on the rate set per hour by DropDesk Spaces, where you, the Host, agree to accept $3 per hour or up to $24 per day (per individual) unless otherwise agreed.
All Bookings and Revenue earnings can be viewed in real-time in your Venue dashboard.
DropDesk uses Stripe as our payment partner. Payment will normally be released to your Stripe Connected Account on the fifteenth day of the following month following a reconciliation of any Net Revenue received by DropDesk in its accounts for completed bookings made during the month, subject to chargebacks, refunds and disputes. For bookings of twenty-eight (28) days or more, DropDesk will generally initiate payouts every 30 days after the initial payout, for the duration of the booking. Special arrangements may apply to Stripe Connected Accounts in the event of unusual activity. Any adjustments shall be made in real time and debited to your Connected Account or other payment on file for reduction in revenue due to cancellations or where funds need to be returned to customers or where customers funds are not received. U.S. locations are required to fill out a W9.

Important Notes
- All fees are deducted automatically from bookings before payout
